These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the EveryTime Service website and our facilities management services. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the EveryTime Service website (everytimeservice.ca) or engaging our facilities management services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services
EveryTime Service Inc. provides commercial and strata facilities management services including janitorial cleaning, pest control, snow removal and salting, handyman and maintenance, pressure washing, soft washing, landscaping, and building management across Metro Vancouver, BC, Canada.
All service agreements are subject to a separate written service proposal or contract. These Terms and Conditions apply generally and do not replace any specific terms agreed in a service contract.
Free Site Visit
We offer a free, no-obligation site visit to assess your property and understand your service requirements. Requesting or completing a free site visit does not create a service obligation on either party. A written service proposal will be provided following the visit.
Service Agreements
EveryTime Service offers month-to-month service agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing. Either party may terminate a month-to-month agreement with reasonable written notice as specified in the applicable service contract. Any minimum commitment periods, if agreed, will be specified in the written agreement.
Pricing and Payment
All pricing is provided in Canadian dollars and is subject to applicable taxes. Quoted pricing is valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as outlined in the service contract.
Reporting and Documentation
EveryTime Service provides photo-documented reports after each service visit using our in-house mobile application. Reports are delivered digitally within 24 hours of visit completion. Reports are provided as a service feature and are not to be used as legal evidence in third-party proceedings without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
EveryTime Service's liability for any claim arising from the provision of services is limited to the value of the services provided in the month in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
Insurance
EveryTime Service carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Certificates of insurance are available upon written request. Clients are responsible for informing us of any specific insurance requirements prior to commencement of services.
Website Use
All content on everytimeservice.ca — including text, images, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of EveryTime Service Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish any content without prior written consent.
The website is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Privacy
The collection and use of personal information through our website and services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
